V16 Update 8A - BETA - Restore Old Extension

Am I missing something obvious in the update screen or do I only have the option to upgrade to v18? I want to install this v16 8A update but see no way that I can. Please help, I don't have the patience for this today, I'm already up to my neck in log4j

You should be able to see it underneath the V18 upgrade:


If not, ssh to the machine and run

apt update
apt-cache policy 3cxpbx

what do you see here?

Apt is locked by another process. I see that the instance manager is running apt-get update, not sure for how long it has been doing so, I've been watching it for a few minutes in top though and doesn't seem to be doing anything. Probably will need to reboot the instance, it's nearly closing time so I can try that.

EDIT: Ahh, I remembered this is a root console killed stuck apt process, reran the update page and voila. Sorry, it's been a long week (and weekend).
