V16 upgrade ...Phone works but no joy on Internet

System upgraded over the weekend. Grandstream GS2135 phones.... updated the firmware. Phone works but now no internet access?

Success,... went to Phone provisioning, checked the Enable VLAN for PC PORT .

I had this checked many versions ago - perhaps v15.5 RC - perhaps they fixed it in the template then removed it later... (or by accident)

Please note that there was a change in the template regarding this which was requested by Grandstream for the new template and firmware. I am not sure why they requested this so i would recommend contacting Grandstream directly regarding this issue.
