V16-V18 upgrade questions

Question

I need to upgrade a V16 free 3cx to V18

1. What's involved is it just a backup and install?
2. Going from V16 to V18 do We loose any features and if so will we need to upgrade to rpo

The client had 10 phones 3cx Apps voicemail.

1. What's involved is it just a backup and install?

Essentially yes, unless you're running a Linux instance which can be upgraded directly (Also upgrades the OS from Debian 9 to Debian 10)
