V16 Welcome email on different language

as posted one year ago here https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/welcome-email-in-another-language.59468/#post-251715 the new version has no option to change the welcome email for a different language than the locale.

Our installations are on Debian in English but we need to have welcome emails in Italian.

Any news for this topic?

You can go to Settings -> Email -> Templates and select "Extension Welcome" in the dropdown.

You will then be able to change any text in the HTML email template.

@Frederick Marcoux yes we know it is possible by settings but we would prefer to have the default email templates already translated. This to avoid to replace the template every time 3CX does some customisation.

Well I am sorry but there is no way.

Something not done completely or worst perhaps never thought about and surely not a dev priority BTW 3CX is for international use but nothing is clearly done to have anything else than english.

Yes I agree but in the past the 3CX staff talked about this feature as one to be done on the new V16.
