I have a Linux system and a Windows System at 2 different locations. The Linux System automatically upgraded to V16 when is was available. Is the Windows to upgrade automatically or do I need to do it manually. And what are the instructions for the upgrade

Correct this is by design, for Windows however you will need to backup your system remove 3CX, download the new 3CX package from the download page and reinstall.

Is there still bugs going on with V16. I’ve seen on the community board others were having come issues with V16 or wanted to go back to V15.5

Haven't seen anything about bugs. Complaints about the CFD not being available, lack of an obvious alert for the people that thought that a Bing Speech API was going to work with the Google Transcription and a new queue engine that now counts queue call backs as active calls, but no bugs that I'm aware of

Call flow designer it's a dev ops tool, it's used for users who want a little more customization with there system.

For example you can write custom IVR's.
