V18 3CX App - Provisioning Failed

Hello,

since we updatet to V18 - we cant provisoning with the Desktop App.
The Log's says:

[2022-03-09 13:23:38.004] [warn] (provisioning-process.class) Error: Cannot create a secure cookie from an insecure URL
[2022-03-09 13:23:38.007] [warn] (provisioning-process.class) provisioning failed, reconnects in 5000 ms

Any Ideas whats wrong?

Where is the PC relative to the PBX?

Can you send me the License key in a PM to take a look at?

Does the PC have any AV software running? Can you disable it and try again?

I only have the default windows defender activ - disabled it and tried again with the same result, i tried different browser to, i dont realy know why this happens everytime the same error, i also deletet the full directory (AppData\Roaming\3CXDesktopApp), perhaps ngnix or a cert issue?

i also tried it on different computers with the same result, so this is not a local problem on my device

Hi @Godl1ke,

Can you take a backup WITHOUT the FQDN and License Key, uninstall the PBX, reinstall the PBX and re-enter the license key. Use your backup when reinstalling. Don't change any settings. Let me know if provisioning the Desktop App is a problem afterwards.
