v18 -> Can't change queue

Hi,

We have users that are part of two queues. Unfortunately they are not able to log out from a queue to log in from another queue. They can log out and log in, but it'll be the same queue https://prnt.sc/1s9lom7

And the switchboard is only an overview without extra options of dequeuing or enqueuing someone.

Hi @svenv,

From the "Panel" in the Web Client, select the Queue and choose to log out under the Extension's details as shown in the picture below:



This will allow the extension to log out from individual queues as opposed to globally.
