v18 Click to Call plugin

Hi All,

My team uses the webextension feature pretty heavily with an HR system that doesn't TEL: phone numbers in the product. So it was great that it would create them into click to call links. I'm planning on upgrading from v16 in the next week and am wondering if anyone has found a decent click 2 call plugin for chromium based browsers. I've tested a few and haven't found one that is super hot, just wondering if I'm missing any favorites from the community.

There are some good ones, and 3CX is considering making one like they used to have before the full browser extension.

There are a few, the other day I found one that seems to be very very simple, but gives you ability to write regex expressions for the pattern of numbers it should detect and 'convert' to "tel:" links.

It's called "Tel Linker" and I did a small test shown here:

The most difficult thing is getting the hang of writing simple regex expressions, but if you're familiar with that, then you should be fine.
