V18 latest Windows Installer

Hi, as the title says I am looking for the latest V18 installer for windows. I am moving a 3cx to a different VM and the latest installer I could find was 18.20 something, but during the installation, when I try to upload a backup, the oldest backup the customer has is 18.23 and I'm getting an error.

You will have to login to the PBX (setup as new) and update from inside the PBX. Then upload and restore the backup.

.23 is only provided as a hotfix and not a full build.
