Hi,
I know that this problem is being discussed here permanently, but still I haven't found any solution in threads below.
I have v18 installed on Windows 11.
During past weeks I can't login into the system. I have tried these addresses:
https://symedis.3cx.cz ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID
https://symedis.3cx.c:5001 ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
https://localhost:5001 ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
As an IT non-professional I'm helpless. Can anyone advise some solution? Thank you very much!

Hello, is the date/time correct on the 3cx server and are trying https://localhost:5001 from the server?

Did you install 3CX on default port 5001?

Regarding your question, are you trying to access it externally? Or form the same network as the 3cx System is installed?

Have you tried to check the machine that the system is installed on and whether the 3cx services are running?

The system you mentioned is not responding to port 443 as being open externally.

The machine with 3cx is in a net I connect to via VPN. But even if I am inside the network physically, the problem is the same.
PBX works perfectly, phones are ringing when I call on them. Everything works fine but I just cannot log in.
The time and date seem to be ok.
I still have port 5001 in browser history so I suppose it is the right one.

It's 443, from what I can see from my side, but accessing the management console within the same network requires that the FQDN resolves to the private IP of the machine Split DNS. Try the local IP address instead of the FQDN to check if you have access.

https://symedis.3cx.cz/ is the correct address to try. You are getting a cert date invalid - there should be an option to continue anyways (maybe hidden under advanced on the page).

Post screenshots.

Is there any way how to retrieve the right port then, using my internal access?

It's 443 (no need to put it in).
You're getting an invalid date on the SSL cert. Most browsers allow you continue anyways.

@LadislavPolách SSL Labs shows your cert expired Jan. 1:
Valid fromTue, 03 Oct 2023 10:03:05 UTC
Valid untilMon, 01 Jan 2024 10:03:04 UTC (expired 1 month and 23 days ago) EXPIRED

As noted one can normally accept the invalid cert in your browser and bypass the warning. If you have trouble try a different browser, incognito/private window, or a different PC.

Certs for 3CX hostnames auto-renew every couple of months. There is an email notification alert for cert renewals, for next time. Usually if it doesn't renew the server can't communicate with 3CX properly.

Yes, this explanation of expired certificate corresponds with the time the problem with login appeared.
Well it is possible to continue in Firefox for example, but then error 403 Forbidden appears :/
Is there any way how to refresh the cert.?
