I've been noticing that after a disruption 3CX doesn't seem to come back up without some messing around. Today I discovered that the NGINX service hadn't started even after several hours.
I've changed it to "delayed start", and I think that might have fixed it, but the delay seems ludicrously long.
Windows question: I'm given to understand that it is 2 minutes after all the "automatic start" services have started, I wasn't timing but it seemed like at least five minutes in practice.
