Solved V18 - People - All Groups arrangment

Hi there,

in the v16 webclient it was standard that "people" were listed to their group when showing "all groups"
Now in v18, "All groups" simple shows all users without their group.

It was great to have all information presented to you, without having to filter and search.

Maybe we can have that back.

You can still see the users according to their groups by selecting which group you'd like to see:

Thanks, i know thats possible.
Switching through groups/departments as a receptionist was much faster in the old version though.

I understand, I don't see this changing right now without a feature request in the Ideas section, even then though, I believe this UI is the direction we've chosen to head in so a feature request may not be accepted. Wouldn't hurt to try though.

Do you know what could be the issue if a user is not showing in people under a certain group even if the user shows in queue.

Some things to check, does the extension have "Show presence to group members" enabled?

In your screenshot, I'm assuming that the extension you're logged in as is not showing in the Patient Services group even though they're added to that Group under Users >> Groups?

Below are the settings, I am assuming all is set but still user doesn't show in the "PEOPLE" Patient Services Group

Hi @mikenario,

Notice the Group Membership says "DEFAULT", change that to Patient Services Group and check if the Show Presence to Group Members option is checked for that specific group.
