Solved V18 SBC on linux

This seems like the dumbest question ever but I can not find documentation on installing the 3cx v18 SBC on linux. When you boot the ISO there is not an option to choose to install the SBC vs 3cx. I am missing something obvious but I can not find any information in my searches. 3cX support is not answering the phone so any help would be appreciated.

I booted a test in a vmware enviroment and after the first reboot after the debian install it prompts to ask for 3cx stable or 3cx sbc stable. My guy onsite trying to deploy this on a bare metal machine says he is not getting that prompt but Im having him run through the install again.

appears it may have been dns related. Re ran the installer using different DNS servers in the network configuration and the option to install the SBC was presented.

Thanks. But those instructions in no way detail how to actually install it. It skips the whole part of actually installing it.

1. Login to your customer portal and download the 3CX ISO.
2. Select “3CX SBC Version xxx” when prompted.
3. Select <OK> to verify the "3CX Pre-requisites" and accept the "End-user License Agreement" to continue.
4. Enter the "Provisioning URL" for your 3CX, e.g. https://mycompany.3cx.com:5001, and select <OK>.
5. Enter the "Authentication KEY ID" and select <OK>.
6. Select <OK> and proceed to install and restart.

Generally though it is pretty much a standard Debian installation.

At the end of the OS installation, after the first reboot the user will be prompted to choose whether to install the PBX or the SBC, at which point you would follow the instruction the @SteveITS posted for the SBC
