Hi, I have a user who is having trouble with call history on his snom D785 phone. Right now, the call history on the device only shows calls picked up by snom D785 and nothing else. There is also a mobile phone set up with this user, if he picks up with the mobile phone, the call does not show on the history. If this user does not pick up the call, it moves to a ring group. He wants to see those calls in his history too. However, we also have snom M300 devices set up with DECT that does show the exact history he is looking for, which is why he wants it on his snom D785 as well.
Is this possible or is viewing the call history in this way only possible on devices using DECT?
