I attempted to upgrade our on site call4tel NX96 with version 18 to version 20 after following the recommended upgrade check list but it keeps failing. I keep getting an email with the subject: 3CX Debian Update Failed. It includes a log file which I have attached here. The upgrade seems to be stopping at the below error. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated, thank you.
