V18 to V20

While Upgrading from V18 to V20. Currently we have IVR setup from CFD.
Do we need to re-setup for IVR from CFD or any inbound configuration changes? or can continue with same CFD will work?

The FQDN can only point to one server’s IP at a time. You should be able to browse to the secondary server using its IP address. Your browser will warn that the IP does not match the certificate, of course.
