Hi Team

While Upgrading from V18 to V20. Currently we have IVR setup from CFD.
Do we need to re-setup for IVR from CFD or any inbound configuration changes? or can continue with same CFD will work?

Dear Team

After upgrade 3cx to V20 U2 we able to manage the Backup Hourly (Every 1 Hour). But whereas in the Failover settings it's still showing Daily & Weekly for the Restore Process.in Failover Settings. Backup will schedule hourly from the Active server but still the passive will restore hourly base or Daily base?

Hi

It seems adding this feature for hourly scheduled Restore will be in V20 Update 3 . Kindly confirm and let us know when we can expect this update 3 ?

It's in Alpha, so next is probably a Beta period of 1-3 weeks or so, and then release a week or two after that if no problems are found. Usually.

@SteveITS Plz confirm in Update3 can we use Restore hourly in passive server?

Hi Team,

After upgrading to V20 U2, it appears that the recording link or the Play & Download button for recordings is no longer available when exporting call reports in either CSV or Print (HTML) formats. Has this feature been removed in V20?

The only workaround currently is to play and download recordings directly from the call report page.

Yes this is due to the new reports engine.

Thanks @ConceptsWeb @SteveITS for this info

Regarding Passive Server setup is it required to restore from backup of primary or use same FQDN & Key setup?

Thank u @ConceptsWeb

It will not conflict with the existing Active Server or start services of second server during Restore? we need to enable Failover and select all FQDN & key during backup?

1. Set the backup schedule and failover on the active server.
2. Setup the passive one. It will indeed take over the FQDN while it becomes the active one.
3. Setup the restore schedule, and enable failover with the right config.
4. Reboot the first server so it becomes the active again.

@ConceptsWeb

Which means
1. Need to schedule backup and Enable Failover on the Active Server.
2. Restore the backup of Active Server in Second Server and this second server will start all the 3cx services and FQDN active.
3. Needs to Enable Failover and set as a Passive on Second Server which will stop the services again?
4. Rebooting the Active Server will becomes active again with the same Failover Enabled?

Yes so make sure it's a shared storage (not local disk)

Thanks @ConceptsWeb

Once Passive Server Setup is done, need to use same FQDN or via local host on the passive to access and enable Failover as a Passive?
After complete setup of Failover which Management console/web-client will able to access from Active or Passive? Do Management console service will be running in Passive?
