We have upgraded our system to v18 Update 3, but on my Google Pixel Slate (running ChromeOS 98) the Web Client is zoomed in, or displayed as if I have a larger monitor than I have - either the left, right, or both sides are cut off (and I can't scroll to them either).

No idea why this is, it's working on other up-to-date Chrome OS devices (tested with a colleague).

Any ideas why this may be, and is there a fix?

Hi @edfosho,

I'm assuming that pinching to zoom out doesn't work?

Can you try and hit Ctrl + 0?

Just managed to get a screenshot if it helps.

You can see the vertical scroll on the right, but nothing for the horizontal at the bottom. I can briefly see the left-hand menu if I use a ChromeOS mouse track gesture to see it, but it then defaults back straight away. I can't see the top left options at all.

Hi @edfosho,

Can you log in to the WebClient rather than the App and see if it's resizable?

That is the web client (sorry, I cropped off the top due to the FQDN). Here it is again:

Note, I'm running stable channel of ChromeOS, and I have the '3CX Click2Call (BETA)' plugin installed.

Wait...!

It's now working. I uninstalled a plugin (that I forgot about) that re-sized windows at my FQDN, depending on whether the webclient or Management Console was in use.

Sorry for taking up your time!

Great to hear @edfosho! Feel free to open a new thread if you require anything else!
