Solved v18 update failed

I have tried to upgrade 2 clients to v18 tonight and both failed. There is an entry in the event log that simply says Your 3CX Debian OS failed to update. Both are Azure hosted.

Was a .log file emailed to your set notifications email?

Usually more detailed information is in the .log file than in the event log.

I have been able to reboot via terminal and upgrade successfully.
