v18 windows client global search bar not auto clearing

Hi,

Is there a way to have the search bar auto-clear after making a call? So, if search a contact, or enter a number and hit enter it calls out however once the call ends i have to then clear the search bar to make another call. As well, because it doesnt clear, i cant then see at a glance who internally is on a call. Clicking onto a different tab (chat, meet, calls etc) and back into people doesnt clear it either.

Any ideas?

Hi Niall,

You would need to ask your 3CX Partner to open this in "Ideas". We will of course take it into advisement, but given that this is currently the designed behavior, it would make this a "feature request" so I need to close it here, so those are only supposed to be in "Ideas".

As an alternative, you can have the Window open and while in the "People" option, from there you can see who is busy and who not.
