v20 - 365 sync - user keeps being replaced

Hi guys

i've got an extension set up previously by [email protected].

when I replace the first/lastname and email with new.user@ the ext gets overwritten back to old.user

how can I swap ext 200 without deleting it?

You cannot as once tagged it remains tagged, you must delete both extension add the user back to the user sync section so it created the user.

Tip: add a stating extension in the M365 integration tab so it’s creates the ext with the extension number you require it to be.

Hi @Charles_3CX I cannot lose the VMs, call history, recordings that are associated with that extension.

I went to Team and cleared/assigned the extension and it's stuck.
