V20 Agent Statistics report

Hi

I have 3CX Version 20.0 Update 1 (Build 731 Release) installed and I'm trying to give a department manager permission to view agent statistics reports on his team. When he clicks either of the two reports in this section, he is unable to see any of his team members. Do I need to elevate his role to something other than Manager?

He's been given the managers roll. I don't want to give anything else as he doesn't need access to anything else within 3CX.

Hi Nick.
So the roll has a fixed actions/options in the settings, and you can't just select in details only 1 specific thing option, as you describe.
