Hi Everyone,
Was hoping to get a bit of help/guidance on what to do for the following scenario as it pertains to caller id.
I am running V20 Pro on Windows w/ trunking from Voxtelesys with CNAM enabled on inbound/outbound. All phones are SNOM D785
I have 4 extensions/sub-businesses with 1 receptionist. The receptionist is currently getting calls from all different directions and has no idea who is reaching out for who. Can I setup the receiptionist's phone to display the DID of the line that's being called (so she knows how to answer the phone) and the caller ID of the person calling?
If there's a better way to do this, I'm open to suggestions and options.
