V20 cannot modify NAT

after updating to V20 NAT status is NO

I changed it to STUN after provisioning it changed back to NO

is there a place I can force NAT to stay STUN ? (I use the domain of the PBX)

What is your exact issue and where you select STUN?

using granstream on V20 (V18 was working fine) BLF doesn't work (gray out) also shared parking

once we change the NAT to STUN the BLF and Shared parking start working

so what I found is: after provisioning (again Grandstream Phones) we disable the 3CX Provisioning(delete the address, disable firmware update) then modify to NAT to STUN with the hosted 3CX address

if we do not do that the Provisioning keep changing the NAT to NO and BLF stop working

the question is it possible to force the NAT to stay on STUN?

STUN is no longer supported nor recommended in V20 and we will not troubleshoot any issues with it. It was also a requirement since V18 that 3CX Hosted instances use the 3CX SBC for IP Phones.

Existing STUN phones will continue to work as they did in V18 if you had them assigned from before since V18 (self hosted and on premise systems). If you wish to use STUN on newly added phones, or phones you had reset, you will have to create a custom template (not available on Hosted by 3CX): https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/v20-on-the-topic-of-stun.124168/post-584369

You might still face issues, even after doing this, and even if the phones appear to work for a while, they might stop working randomly without making any changes to them. There is practically nothing you can do to make STUN phones as reliable as local or SBC based phones. We highly recommend to install a SBC at the remote site, or use at least one router phone that can act as an SBC for others (select models from Yealink, Snom, Fanvil).
