v20 Cloud hosted, missing "Storage" under System

System:
Version 20.0 Update 2 (Build 715 Release)
3CX Cloud Hosted (by 3CX)

License: Type Enterprise Annual 8 Simultaneous Calls

Goal:
Transcribe voicemail
Client does not care about voicemails over 1 minute
Not use OpenAI

Issue:
Attempting to use the following guide: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/google-speech-api-v2/#h.z9picnrktrtw but there is no System>Storage. Having general difficulties as there are multiple documents:

Reason:
Customer does not wish to use OpenAI and would like to use Google as they already have existing accounts and buckets for other operations.

How does this information help or be utilized? From our understanding, Hosted systems cannot be upgraded, nor would someone upgrade to an alpha version.

What would be a supported, and recommended course of action?

At the moment this update is in Alpha state, As per blog post Alpha version should be installed for evaluation purposes only. It is not recommended for production systems.

The Google configuration (JSON File) can be uploaded to 3CX via the Recordings menu
