V20 dashboard not working after updating from V18

Anyone else seeing this on the admin dashboard after updating to V20?

Seeing high CPU usage on service 3CXPhoneSystemMC01.service with the dashboard open. Drops down to normal levels if you navigate away from the dashboard, but eventually the whole server become non-responsive (web client shows reconnecting) and have to reboot it or restart that service.

Same thing on the extension statistics report.
