v20 Email template: Show EXT and DID?

I'm not sure if there is a way to do this already? I'm wondering if there is a way to show the DID of the missed caller from an internal extension. The use case would be if I'm on the road and don't have the 3CX mobile app and I miss a call from an internal EXT. The email only shows the EXT number, so I wouldn't be able to easily return the call from my cellphone to the internal DID.

eh?

if they're calling you internally then it will always display their ext number.

if then call you via your DID then it'll go out and in and show their DID.
