Solved v20 - Finding Used MAC

Update - Resolution below, but basically searching MAC in Users was put back in with v20 Update 1.

Recently upgraded to v20 and am running in to an issue. Before when adding a phone's MAC that was already used on another extension it would show which extension was using it. Alternatively, you could search for the MAC on the Users page and it would show you the extension. Neither of these appear to be the case anymore. We have a lot of phones that will be used in various locations depending on the need, but we don't want to have to plug the phone in every time to find out where it is currently assigned. Is there an easier to way to find which extension currently has the MAC assigned in v20 that I'm missing?

Not entirely sure from where you are performing this search, but under the user's section if you search the mac address been if a phone is added and unregistered will show which extension is tied to the specific phone and mac address.

Hmmm, weird, I'm not getting the same results:





As you can see, I'm searching for a MAC I know exists and it is showing no results. I have not updated to the Beta Update 1 yet. Was this implemented in the update?

I've tried this on a system that is updated 1, and it works. I don't recall it not working on the previous version but try updating it and then checking it again.
