Apologies for this topic again, we have just been moved to V20 recently. We have 4 depots, each depot's open(day) IVR is in it's own department, each depot has different holiday dates (as some depots are open on a bank holiday or different days at Christmas etc...). So the question is how is it done?. I am the system administrator but I can't get my head around it.
Depot 1 (Department 1) Holidays
Depot 2, 3 & 4 are similar but different.
Where there is no prompt I want it to play our usual closed message for that depot (an IVR we call Depot 1 - Night) etc... then for certain holidays I might have a message like the example above with Christmas.wav in use that also needs a IVR with emergency numbers etc...
However, on the Depot 1 Day IVR I don't see a HOL IVR like there used to be, so how does it rotate through the messages? and how does it play an IVR when the Christmas closure comes around? the other dates it just needs to play our usual closed message but we might occasionally have a different message that needs an IVR.
The instructions for 3CX are very poor IMO and there are no good tutorials out there for this and so much information is for the older versions. Any help appreciated
