V20 migrate archive from ftp to google cloud

I have moved our archiving location to google cloud but how can I get 3cx to either move or move the old recordings myself so that 3cx can recognize them like before?

I'm not sure if there is a way within the admin console, but to manually move them there are quite a few ways to skin that particular cat...

I can move them no problem, its just that 3cx doesn't know where they are

Weird - if they're in the archive location I thought they just showed up...

Permissions maybe? Expected folder structure?

I'm just throwing up guesses - you might need a staff member to comment.
