Hello,
I'm trying to forward call incoming into a queue to agent's mobile number (a standard GSM phone call, not using app)
Tried many options but seems that call coming into queue don't obey to extension forwarding rule.
BTW, this is not a surprise as it was the same behaviour I experienced with cisco CUCM.
Is this correct or there is a way to have agent "join" the queue using their mobile phone (without app)?
Thanks

Define a mobile number on the extension, then under Call Forwarding tick "Also Ring My Mobile" on your "Available" profile.

Careful though: If the GSM provider's voicemail answers the call, then caller will be directed there.

Hello and thanks for reply,
that is exactly what I did.
When I call the extension (from public PSTN), mobile rings as expected.
When I use a PSTN number linked to a queue, nothing happens.

Just a little note on this. During tests I do not have any app or physical phone logged in 3cx. Basically, I'm "unregistered".
I've the impression it works if extension is in "registered" status on 3cx

If you enable "Also Ring My Mobile" it should appear registered.

I have tested this on V20 Update 1 which is now available for download.

Ok, now seems to work.
Just to recap:
1) A call enter in queue
2) Queue checks for logged in agents being also in available status (or other states?)
To "force" an extension to be available even if no app/browser is logged, need to flag "ring also my mobile"

Am I correct?
