Solved v20 reports to another email-receipient possible (like in v18)?

with the last update the scheduled reports were coming back. Nearly.
Is it in v20 possilbe to send the scheduled reports to another email-receipient (like in v18)?

No.

the only way to do this is to create an extension with an email that is a distribution group.

So in V20, the report will be sent to the user who schedule/created the report and that is the current design.

So an ordinary user [who should not have higher rights (because of GDPR, privacy, ...)] that is responsible for a dedicated (Hotline-)Queue is no longer able to receive/download his reports as it easily was in v18.
Still I don't get the point of the DOWNGRADE from v18 to v20

Some options have changed in V20 and your option will be what @Alphabetic suggested, now for the future, we will have more options to come from the report side, however we can't advise if the one you're after will be in the same way as it was.
