V20 SBC Reprovision

We just added an SBC on our network and want to reprovision the phones. But in V20 I cant figure out how to do it. In V18 you just selected the provisioning method from the dropdown menu but that's not available from what I can see in V20.

I dont want to have to factory reset 100+ phones.

You can follow the guides for the make and model of phones you use.

If the phones were used previously provisioned to another SBC or a different provisioning method, you must delete them from the extension, factory reset the phones, and reprovision utilizing the method in the guides from the guides above.

Yikes, that was easy before, to replace an SBC without changing IP addresses. We had a client with a Pi that started acting up so we did that remotely with a router phone in like 15-20 minutes but left it online to look at.

Ouch. Who decides these things at 3CX? LOL

It was so easy in V18 to change that, Now it's a royal pain in the posterior to have to backup all the voicemails and configurations then put them back for each extension.
