V20 Scheduled divert

Hi All,

As Christmas comes closer, requested are coming in for holiday hours.
one request was to divert calls to an external number on the 24th.

I was wondering if this can be scheduled at all? much like the holiday times?

They are on Version 20.0 Update 4 (pro).

If youre back again after christmas you could use a dummy ext with exceptions otherwise it'll be CFD.

they just want it for the one day (24th) but i will take a look at CFD and see what i can do.
