V20 Sip Trunk TWT not found

Hi I'm trying to register a certified operator TWT sip trunk on 3CX Version 20.0 Update 2 (Build 715 Release). If I use the 3CX TWT template "Error 12293 DNS error resolving FQDN, or service is not available." creating the Trunk with the same parameters as Generic Voip Provider works but reports Warning provider not tested quality and reliability are not guaranteed.

Is this a Hosted by 3CX installation?
If yes, have you contacted your provider to validate your FQDN?

The installation is on premise, I opened a ticket for the insertion of the fqdn

Hi I did a test the trunk works perfectly on 3cx with a clean V20 installation mine is an update from V18

If I configure the trunk as Voip Generic it works, if I use the TWT template with the same parameters it does not register.

Is it possible that it is a post-update template problem? The trunk works ok but it tells me that I am not using a certified trunk when it is so I would like to resolve it. It cannot be a networking problem since configuring it as generic works perfectly
