V20 Softphone Features

We are using the V20 softphone and have the following features/comments.
We hope that this will be checked and integrated if necessary.

- Pick up
- Copy number via hotkey from the clipboard to the softphone
- Call list -> there is no filtering for missed/incoming/outgoing calls
- Fluctuating audio quality

Copy number via hotkey from the clipboard to the softphone

Not possible due to Microsoft Store security policies. It was mentioned in another thread about hotkeys.
