I am running test calls but I am not getting the costs back.
I have run 3 calls:
the first 1 minute one
the second one 2 minutes
and the third one 3 minutes
total of 6 minutes.
on the cost report it says 550 seconds which is equivalent to 9 minutes.
How come?
plus I noticed that the costs are higher, almost 0.01 cents per minute

I'm not really sure to be honest as we use the API for multi things, so our pricing is all over the place. I doubt the billing would be live.

@Nick Galea good morning, I have to provide the testing costs to the sales department of my company, so can you confirm that it is normal that now the costs are 0.01 cent per minute and then it will be 0.006 per minute?

Should I change the limits or?

The latest version of 3CX has removed the ability to open a contact URL - is this intentional? This has broken an integration we built with our application and our users are asking if it can be re-added?
