We are experiencing exactly the same issue after upgrading to V20 Update 10 Alpha.
Our CFD works normally with CRM Lookup disabled, but enabling CallFlow.CFD.CRMLookupComponent causes:
Autofac.Core.DependencyResolutionException: An exception was thrown while activating CallFlow.CFD.CRMLookupComponent
We reproduced it with a separate test CFD and confirmed that the failure occurs before the request reaches Zoho CRM.
I have also opened a separate thread with the full details and SupportInfo findings.
