I am planning to upgrade to 16SC to use this function but I wonder which options are available for synchronizing to another DB. i can not see because it is disabled at me
Is there hourly ? or real time sync option here?
Daily is too big interval for me.

The fastest is currently Hourly every 1h. However, they will most likely add more options as they add more supported external databases and improve the feature. It's still considered beta.
