V20 Upgrade from Windows based

Am I understanding the upgrade process correctly that if I'm currently running V18 on a Windows based platform, I simply need to run the V20 ISO and both Windows and 3CX V18 will be replaced on the same hardware to Linux and 3CX V20?

If this is correct, is there anything else to consider (ie.: BIOS revisions, etc) on the hardware platform prior to performing the upgrade?

Correct, although make sure you have a backup that is off the machine.

Sorry to say I do not think that is correct.

As far as I am aware only the Linux version of V20 has been released. Windows to follow.

@Hayward-i1 for Windows OS, at the current time we only have an Alpha build just to try things and of course is not meant to be used in the production.

I think the context of OP was to migrate from Windows to Linux, not upgrade to Windows v20 (as the post title implies). In that case it’s wipe/reinstall from the ISO.
