V20 upgrade with IP Based Trunks

I do not use trunk authentication on any of my sites. They all connect internally via our LAN to a Ribbon SBC. The SBC connects to lumen sip trunks. I set the trunks up originally in v18 as callcentrix ip based trunks and they worked fine. I upgraded my systems to v20 and the trunks still work fine although if you go to options of the sip trunk there are some options that don't display there anymore. Our internet service provider changed our public ips. i went through the process of updating the 3CX public and it was changed right away because i have enterprise license. Unfortunately the option "public ip via sip header" is not visible in the v20 software. The 3CX did not update the ip i had in here so when i make a phone call it rings the far end, they answer and the 3CX extension continues ringing. you are not connected to the party called. The fix for this is delete the trunks in the 3CX and rebuild them with the unsupported ip based pattern so that the public ip via sip header option is there to add my new public ip. This site has hundreds of DIDs. incoming calls work fine but if i delete the trunks i am going to have to reconfigure all the DIDs. Does anyone have any idea how i change the public ip via sip header address without deleting the trunks?
