Hi, I have just upgraded one of my on-prem 3CX sites to v20 and generated the first "Welcome to 3CX Your Account Details" emails.
The issue I have is that the URL's presented in these emails do not work.
The PABX is accessible from the WAN on a URL similar to https://site.3cx.com.au:5001/ and internally by https://192.168.x.x:5001/ or the external address by split DNS.
The Welcome emails contain links like the below. Where the domain in the link is the one that is based on the PABX email account reply to address of [email protected]
Currently I have access to the PABX via the Owner/Admin account, but I cannot give anyone else access by sending them their Welcome to 3CX email as all the links in it do not work.
How are these URL's generated and what can I do to fix them?
I have also tested this same functionality on my other v18 U9 sites and they are doing the same thing now.
ps. I removed those links above but the forum put them back in.
Cheers
