V20: Where is M365 calendar sync exception

Hi,
I upgraded to V20 but after 2 issues went back to the snapshot of V19.

1: Out of ~100 users, 10% had issues logging in with the Microsoft button on the web site / PWA. Also after cache clearing / in another browser. Is this known / fixed?
2: I am missing the function to exempt some people from the automatic presence switching when syncing with M365 calendar is on. (Some do not want that). In the V20 admin panel I do not see this list / cannot add new people.
