3CX doesn't provide release dates, other then "when it's ready"

It was in a forum post or two... I don't have a link, sorry. re: timing, v20 is at a release candidate stage and https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/v20-release-candidate-2/ talks about a few missing features being added in update 1 in January.
