Hello,
Couple of questions with park and page. I cant get the setting right for it to route back to the receptionist after a certain amount of time. Also, our phone quality on older phones is good for a few days and then starts acting up.

As well the user isnt able to change the voicemail greeting. I also cant change the name showing up on the caller id in these unsupported phones.
