V5.3790 still using wrong IP when server has multiple IP´s

I just installed the new build V5.3790 but it still uses the last
alias/virtual IP of my first NIC. (see log attached)
In my case 213.x.x.121 is the real IP of the server where all SIP
devices register with.
The last virtual IP is 213.x.x.125 and this one is used when calling
out to extensions but it should use the real IP. I removed STUN but
still no luck.
this is a big problem with devices behind NAT

How is your system set up ?

Do you have serveral physical interfaces with different ip adresses ?

could you show us a route print of this system ?

(do "route print" in a dos box of this system)

The server only has 1 interface.
It has 1 phyical IP and 4 virtual ip´s
I have sent debug log to 3cx developer.
