My setup:
3cx Ver 5 build 3790 installed in windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition
Grandstream GXW-4104 Analog Voip Gateway
Linksys SPA-921 Voip Phones
2 PSTN lines
All Extensions are registered
Outside calls and Incoming calls are all working well from etiher of the two pstn lines attached to our gateway. Outbound rules are routed correctly. EXCEPT for these:
Problem 1: FORWARDING PROBLEMS from DR and EXTENSION MANAGEMENT - calls to our numbers are automatically answered by the DR. When caller selects a department or an extension, route works. But in the option to forward calls to an external number if the extension status is " NO ANSWER" / "PHONE BUSY" it says "TRANSFER FAILED" then the call gets forwarded to DR again even if I didn't select DR as the choice.
Problem 2: (this can be a hardware compatibility but) When a call is received by the EXTENSION, and we call transfer (attended) it to another extension(internal) , the extension rings and we can hear each other (transferee and person who is transferring) but transferee/extension where call was forwarded doesn't have an option to accept the call. BLIND TRANSFER WORKS THOUGH.
Any ideas?
