VAD: cannot add sting-variabele to Database.scalarresult

Hi,

I have a little issue with the VAD-designer, and could not post this message in the VAD-Forum itself.

the problem is simple I believe:
- I get a data-value from a SQL-database
- I send a e-mail message with in the body the variabele: dbGetSupportEngineer.ScalarResult
- everything is ok

but when I add a string to this variabel, it won't work
- Example is: 'test'+dbGetSupportEngineer.ScalarResult

When I add another variabele, it works fine
- Example is: 'test'+session.ani

What am I doing wrong??

[VAD_Support]

Use the VAD function "CONCATENATE" in order to concatenate a string to the database result. That should work.
This is because the properties of objects have a different name in the javascript that is generated, except by the session object. So, that works with session.ani for example, but it doesn't work with any other object. Try using the provided functions and you will get it to work.
