I provisioned my Welltech ATA172 Plus using the Patton 2 Port FXS GW using the Welltech mac and extensions information and it works fine.
For those that are using Welltech and got blindsided by its removal from Version 16, using the patton templates may solve you issue without purchasing new hardware.
