Upgraded to version 16 from 15. I have everything back up and running, but now have I am having trouble with the yealink T27G phones. The 3CX phonebook will not load, and if I make a change (like a BLF change) it will not update the phones. When the phone reboots, it will say updating configuration, then it says update skipped. Then it is back to the way it was.
I changed the "Only Accept Trusted Certificates" setting to disabled. That did not seem to help. I did manually update the firmware on one phone to 69.84.0.95. Still cannot access the phonebook.

  • 3CX Version, Professional Annual 16.0.4.493
  • Server OS, Windows Server 2016 Standard
  • Hosted on site
  • IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware. Yealink T27G FW: 69.83.0.55 Snom PA1 FW: 8.7.5.75
  • Provisioning Method: Local
  • Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
  • Are custom Phone Templates being used: YES. On the Snom PA1's

Sounds like the phone can not access the 3cx http / https port for some reason.

Have you tried resetting the phone to factory default and manually adding the provisioning url

I found that the provisioning URL was changed in 3CX when I did the upgrade. Thank you for the tip. I did do a factory reset on the handsets and reprovisioned them. Everything seems to be working properly now.
